This is one I knocked up in MortScript a while back - not purfect but it works for me to get TomTom going:-

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
run("\program files\vmodeswitch.exe")
sleep(2000)
MouseClick("WVGAFIX",200,120)
MouseClick("WVGAFIX",200,250)
sleep(2000)
SendOK("WVGAFIX")
sleep(2000)
Rotate(270)
RunWait("ENTER YOUR PROGRAM PATH HERE")
run("\program files\vmodeswitch.exe")
sleep(2000)
MouseClick("WVGAFIX",200,60)
MouseClick("WVGAFIX",200,250)
sleep(2000)
SendOK("WVGAFIX")
sleep(2000)
Rotate(0)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
p.s. This also changes screen to landscape. Remove both "Rotate" lines to stop this.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
I found out WVGAFIX also stops working once you install Office 6.1 too. :(

OK. I will update it, so it will work on WM61.
Yes, I can add command line parameters like: -640, -800 or -vga, -wvga.

Is it possible to get rid of the top and bottom black bars (space)?

When i run it to 640x480 i get black bars at the top and bottom , it doesnt fill up the whole screen in 640x480.

When i run it back to 800x480 the normal resolution, it fills up the total space of the screen ie fullscreen.

Is that something normal , cant it be fixed making 640x480 take use of the whole g900 screen?
Whats the use of switching it to 640x480 when it isnt fullscreen like 800x480, those blackbars make it practilly non workable

Aboce is a very simpel illustration how it looks in 640x480

black bars at the top and bottom and a square 640x480 in the middle

Just my two cents

Thanks for your hardwork paypall annyone?

That's the point - it fills 640x480 pixels of the screen. If it filled the whole screen, it wouldn't be 640x480!

The use is that it allows you to use some software that would otherwise not work at all on the G900. To make the applications in question use the fuill screen, you'd need to re-write those applications. There's nothing this software can do to solve that problem.

New version come:
WVGAFIX2

*Should work on all WM6X WVGA devices
*No longer only for Toshiba G900
*Command line switches "-800" and "-600", so you can call it from script!

Installation: install SdkCerts.cab first and then install WVGAFIX2.cab

P.S. I changed my nick from GreateVK to Cotulla, can moderator change my nick on this forum also?
