As there are new ROMs you may want to flash your device with one of them. Here are the instructions.

1) First, download SuperRUU utility software from our downloads section

2) Then download your desirable ROM(usually it has an extension like nb0, dip, dio etc)

3) Launch SuperRUU(figure No 1)

4) You __must__ select OS radiobutton, then browse for the ROM, and only then press "Update target" button(figure 2)
Don't ever try to set radio button to IPL or OSCP unless you know what you are doing.

5) Power off the device, then while holding left soft-button turn power on. Our device is now waiting for usb connection(figure 3)

6) Plug in usb data cable from the PC into your device(fig. 4)

7) Please wait until a new rom is being recorded to the device(see fig 5 and 6)

8) Average rom upload time is about 3 minutes. If the process finished successfully, you'll see that(figure 7) message, as well as progress bar should turn to green.

9) That's all, your device is successfully reflashed.

davidy 19-09-09 : 19:49:44 Could there be a link inserted in the tip to the ROMs?   Is 3.07 the last Toshiba official ROM put out?   Is there still work to smooth out the use of SDHC for this G900 model?

charlton 08-12-09 : 07:48:31 I faced exactly the same problem as "xonny". I was so feared that my G900 will become a brick then. I unplugged the USB cable and need to removed the battery.   It is lucky that it is still working normally.   Then I searched topics regarding "SuperRUU.exe" on the internet. On another web site, the instructor said that the USB cable should be connected before pressing the left soft button and the power button on the G900. After doing this, the new ROM started to load into the G900.   It is successful then.

moinag 22-05-10 : 13:39:30 i tried doing the above steps in my windows 7 ultimate. but when i inset my usb in my mobile it says waiting for USB connection. then it come like "updating" then nothing happens. then when i remove my usb from my toshiba G900 and again insert it , in my computer i get error message , unidentified USB?? pls help me people.   thnx 4support

osnus 22-07-10 : 11:18:54 I tried connecting it before putting it in bootloader mode but SuperRUU is still stuck at waiting for usb connection....while the phone is in bootloader mode and stuck at updating...I'm using windows 7 ultimate. Please help...
